Officer detects the possibility of tampering after detaining the suspect, so he warns that she is being videotaped while in the Loss Prevention Office. The suspect attempts to hide stolen goods in her undergarments but is promptly found out. A brief interrogation and strip search lead to the suspect striking a deal with the Officer on duty.
