Em is visiting her step-grandfather Evan, who’s been given a new diet regimen. He’s particularly struggling with one rule: no sweets allowed! Em tries her best to make him a healthy lunch but the poor guy sneaks around eating all the sugary treats, resulting in a major sugar rush. The old man’s personality is absolutely changed when his sugar levels are high, lusting over her step-granddaughter. Em is a bit confused but doesn’t mind the extra attention and is determined to do whatever it takes to make her step-grandpa feel good.
