Jessica holds a certificate in Level I Reiki and has received specialized training in Trigger Point Therapy. In her practice she uses a variety of massage modalities including: Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Sports Massage, Corporate Seated Massage. She stresses the clinical benefits of regular massage, teaching clients that massage not only facilitates recovery from muscle injury and stress, but can also reduce blood pressure.
