It’s one thing to order something only to receive it damaged. It’s another thing to be given a really bad attitude about it. This is precisely what happens when FEMALE is clumsy enough to drop the package, but couldn’t care less about it being busted. Needless to say, MALE is really unhappy with the entire experience! However, even though her attitude completely sucks, there’s really only one thing that she can do to appease him. Or should we say, PLEASE him!
