Katana Kombat is a sexy and successful real estate agent trying to sell a house. What should be an easy sale is repeatedly ruined by troublemaker Johnny The Kid the Kid, who scares off Katana Kombat's client with a series of pranks. Johnny The Kid gets a little too cocky for his own good and ends up getting caught by Katana Kombat. Realizing that the annoying Johnny The Kid will just keep messing with the house, Katana Kombat makes him an offer he can't refuse.
