Cliff (Danny D) falls down the tunnel and winds up being inside the mind of Johnny Sins, who is on set for a new Big Tits At Work scene. While filming the scene, Cliff sees and controls the mind and actions of Mr. Sins, which causes everyone on set to be a little suspicious of Johnny Sins’s sudden change in behavior.
